Ingredients | 500 gms meat, roasted and cut into small chunks
2 tsp salt - or acc to taste 1/2 tbsp chilli 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 3 tbspoon oil 1 tbsp |
Instruction | Take a bowl. Keep roasted, chunked meat add salt, chilly, cumin, ginger. Garlic paste and marinate well adding three tbsp of oil. Marinate well, cover for 3 mins and keep aside.
